Please Read These Terms Carefully Before Using Our Service

Refund/Money-back guarantee Policy

The Company is held responsible and accountable for delivering the product in a timely manner and according to the Customer requirements specified during the order. According to our policy, the Customer is entitled to a partial or full reimbursement should any company's commitments are violated.

Our policy gives you the right to request settlement compensation if our tutor service fails to fulfil its duties towards you. As our tutor service offers legitimate educational assistance, we want to be 100% sure that you are delighted! Our satisfaction rate is high. Over 95% of our happy customers return with consequential orders. However, sometimes things can go wrong; in these cases, you can always refer to our refund policy. We want to emphasise that there are only certain situations when we can offer a full refund. These are:

No Delivery / Partial Delivery / Cancellation Order by Customer

  • No tutor appointed yet: This is a rare situation, but it sometimes happens. The refund amount is always 100%. If such a situation occurs, the Customer need not worry as they will be informed at the earliest.
  • The tutor was confirmed: If less than half the deadline has passed, but you've decided to cancel the order. In this case, depending on the current progress status, the refund amount varies from 25% to 100% to cover the Company and Tutor's effort to accommodate the products and services you purchased.
  • Late Delivery: This can happen only if the tutor is sick or in another emergency. The Customer reserves the right to request a refund in case of delay ONLY if the Customer is NOT interested in taking the work submitted by the tutor. If the Customer wants work completed by the tutor, the Customer is ineligible for a refund and is believed to have used it.
  • Confirmed order cancelled by next minute: If the customer wish cancels the order after placing the order within the next minute once payment is made, we will refund 100%.
  • Task not Do ability knowing: Sometimes, after confirming the order by the Customer, the Company knows the task is not doable. Then in this situation, we refund 100%, or the Customer can take another same quantity of assignment at the same price.

Accidental Duplicate Order/Transaction

  • Accidental Duplicate Order: To cancel an order placed by mistake in duplicate, you need to contact the Company within 24 hours of payment for the duplicate order and request a refund. If the order is found to be the same and was ordered unintentionally, a 100% refund will be issued. 
  • Accidental Duplicate Transaction: If additional/duplicate payment is processed for the same order for which payment has already been made, it will be 100% refunded on filing a request.

Work Not as Described

The Company offers customized work specifically tailored to the Customer's requirements. The preliminary work provided to the Customer is a draft for further development based on the Customer's feedback.

  • Disputed Claims: If the Customer is not satisfied with the quality and specifications of the work and wishes to receive a refund, the Company shall be bound to take the concerns into account and rectify the issues. Depending on the plan chosen, the Customer can request correction up to 15/30/45 days for Limited/Standard/Premium plans, respectively, from the date of the first submission. If the Customer is still unsatisfied, the Customer has the right to request a refund by providing relevant evidence/documentary proof within 7 days of receipt of the work. The refund claim will be approved or rejected based on the outcome of the investigation, which is highly dependent on the facts of the case and the documentary evidence provided by the Customer.
  • Plagiarized Content: If it is claimed that a Tutor-created work has been plagiarised, the Client must provide a third-party verifiable report within 72 hours of receiving the said work. If the claim is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the Customer.

You are Not Entitled to a Refund if:

  • Getting Low Grades: Please be aware and keep in mind that we do not guarantee grades. The papers we provide are prepared and customised as draft samples only or as a point of reference, are not ready for submission and are not to be submitted as it is.
  • Change of deadline: In the case of a change in the deadline time limit, the earlier mentioned refunds due to delay and the recalculation of the price do not apply as the end dates differ.
  • On-time delivery of all orders is guaranteed. Sometimes there may be delays due to too late uploading required content by the Customer. In this situation, no refund can be given. This is why it is always ideal for sending all information regarding the work, including any additional sources that must be used at once when ordering.
  • Editing, Proofreading, Formatting Orders: Please understand that the order you place for the mentioned services contains initial material written by you, which may contain errors of a relevant nature. Editing, proofreading and formatting do not lead to a material change in the original draft. They are intended only for improved correction and feedback on spelling, formatting, subject matter, fluency, grammar and other similar features.
  • Urgent work submissions: In the case of placing an order for an urgent project, in that case, no refund is applicable.
  • Longer assignments projects: Dissertation/thesis/Proposal are all long processing tasks and many revisions. Moreover, we will also be doing these kinds of projects step by step to avoid any mistakes. In this case, also no refund will be applicable.
  • Documentary evidence and procedure: In the event that the Client does not adhere to the procedures and deadlines outlined in Section 5 for submitting claims, complaints, and refund requests. 

Reply/Refund processing timelines and process

Owing to the subjective nature of work, a customer assessment of the calibre of the product and its delivery may differ from a tutor's. To be eligible for a refund in these circumstances, the Customer must submit any claims, complaints, or refund requests in accordance with the following rules: 

  • Any claim/ complaint/ refund request must be emailed to us at our official email address along with the required documentary proof.
  • Expect a minimum of 7 working days to evaluate and communicate the decision on the request.
  • Also, a minimum of 7 working days for processing refund should be expected to take the decision that the Company has evaluated.
  • The refund will be made in full (except for bank processing charges).
  • Once we complete the refund, we will send you confirmation via email.

Important Note:

If you want to get a complete return, the refund request can be made only within 7 working days from receiving your order. The Quality Assurance Department holds all rights to make a final decision regarding the refund considering all the evidence.

Considering points for asking refund: 

  • For dispute /Chargeback cases, kindly provide an Invoice copy and proof of service delivery. 
  • We take payments by Paypal and CCAvenue through debit/credit cards.
  • Refunds will be applicable with conditions and scenarios from the order placing day. Review conditions of 25%, 50%, and 100% payment refund cases.
  • And to avoid refunds and rework, provide all information together in the initial stage, such as task details and reading materials. 
  • Our services are subject to reference purposes only, do not provide assignments on behalf of students, and are not directly presented as our work.
