- The client is strictly prohibited from using the content in any form.
2. Option Two: Partial Refund (50%)
- Get 50% of the original payment amount (after deducting GST).
- Assurance from our side that the content will not be used in any form in the future.

Cancellation Policy

Payment Platform Policies
Stripe, PayPal, and CCAvenue Payments
To ensure smooth transactions and avoid disputes or unwanted refund claims:
1. Stripe:
- Refund requests via Stripe will only be honored if they meet our refund policy criteria before the final delivery deadline.
- Any disputes raised directly through Stripe for projects delivered on or before the deadline will be deemed invalid, and the necessary proof of delivery will be provided to resolve the dispute in our favor.
2. PayPal:
- Refund claims raised through PayPal after final delivery and confirmation by the client will not be accepted.
- Clients must contact us before initiating any PayPal dispute. Refund requests made after delivery on or before the deadline will be denied, with evidence of delivery submitted during disputes.
3. CCAvenue:
- Refund requests through CCAvenue will only be processed according to our refund policy and must be submitted before the final work delivery.
- Any dispute raised for completed projects delivered on time will not be entertained, and evidence of delivery will be provided.
General Payment Instructions:
- Clients are required to review the final content upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
- Payments through Stripe, PayPal, or CCAvenue indicate the client’s acceptance of the terms outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- No refunds will be processed for content delivered on or before the committed deadline.
Refund Processing
- Refund requests will be evaluated and verified for validity upon receipt.
- The refund process will be initiated if deemed genuine and supported with proper documentation.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after deducting applicable processing fees.
