Section 4: Feedback Controls
- Define feedback controls
Feedback controls is a process that allows managers to evaluate how effectively their teams are achieving set goals at the end of a production process. The feedback control evaluates the team’s progress by comparing the output that the team planned to produce with what was actually produced.
