As organisations grow, so too does the number of stakeholders the business must deal with. It is often the case that different stakeholders have different expectations from the organisation. You are required to select a formal small medium enterprise of your choice and prepare a report containing the following:

1. Identify at least ten (10) stakeholders relevant to the selected business and their specific (12)
2. Explain the four (4) types of conflicts and critically discuss the sources of conflict in relations to the stakeholders (20)
3. Discuss how organisational codes of ethics can be made impactful for smooth business (8)
4. An assessment of the business compliance with five (5) key aspects of the Occupational Health & Safety Act (No 85 of 1993). (12)
5. An assessment of the business BEE status in terms of direct empowerment and human resources development (8)
