TICK (if yes)
I like to review my own work first before allowing others to see
I sometimes do not know if I am doing a good job or not
I do not have to worry about the standard of my work.  I know I am doing a great job
I do not like others providing me feedback on my standard of work
I know if I have completed a task effectively when I do not receive complaints
I like to discuss my progress of a task with my colleagues as I am completing it rather than completing it first.
I would like more information on how tasks can be completed more effectively
I would prefer to receive feedback only if I have asked for it.
I continually seek to improve even my daily tasks
I would prefer to do things as we have always done them and not introduce new ways of doing tasks
I like to show my work to colleagues so that they can learn from the skills and abilities
I am able to personally assess how well I have completed a task
I would prefer to get feedback from others on my performance
