The STUFFit Film Festival is a nation-wide annual teen film festival held on the Sunshine Coast. The convenors of the festival have asked you to showcase your knowledge and understanding of film construction by contributing a feature article which will be published in their festival programme.
TASK
Write a feature article responding to the following:

1. Watch selected film in class and identify the film techniques and characterisation used by the director to portray a message.
2. Annotate an example feature article in class.
3. Use the exemplar to help draft your feature article. You need to use the following structure:

Series of paragraphs that explore the message and provide evidence from the film
Conclusion that reiterates your angle
2 x pictures with captions

4. Format your article to ensure that it is visually appealing (consider colour, headline font and columns).
5. Submit completed draft by the due date.
6. Revise draft feedback. Refer to task expectations and criteria to ensure you have covered all elements of the task.
7. Hand in final on due date following conditions on the task and college assessment policy.
