You notice that he is coughing a lot whilst in the room and when you ask him about this, he tells you that it has been getting worse. You ask him if there has been anything that may have contributed to this such as a cold or asthma, and he tells you that he hasn\u2019t wanted to ask his grandma to buy his asthma medication as she doesn\u2019t have much money. .
