At least 2 of the following documents must be reviewed.\n<ul>\n<li>annual report<\/li>\n<li>brochures<\/li>\n<li>business forms<\/li>\n<li>current systems<\/li>\n<li>facilitated group sessions or group discussions<\/li>\n<li>financial statements<\/li>\n<li>performance reports<\/li>\n<li>policy documents including quality assurance practices<\/li>\n<li>website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Describe the current industry accepted hardware and software products, general features and capabilities suited to the project.<\/li>\n<li>Examine the system\u2019s current hardware, software and communication functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Identify the stakeholders in the scenario, their roles and their degree of involvement in the process.<\/li>\n<li>Use a wide range of questions to elicit the information from key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>List critical questions to elicit information from key stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Task 2: Gathering data of business requirements, including:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate use of a variety of techniques to collect information.
