The report title must identify which group of consumers you are looking at and which aspect of Management<\/strong><\/a> you are looking at<\/p>\n

Executive Summary<\/strong><\/h2>\n

An executive summary provides a clear summary of the most important information in the report that is easily accessible to the intended audience. Students should provide a standard executive summary which covers the reasons for the research, a very brief description of the methodology, the main results and key conclusions. It should be presented as dot points and should not be more than 6 dot points. This means 1 dot point for the reasons for the research and research questions, 1 dot point for the brief method description, 2 dot points for main results and 2 dot points for major conclusions. Each dot point should be no more than 45 words.<\/p>\n

Introduction and research Questions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This section should have a few sentences introducing the topic and the Business<\/strong><\/a> scenario\/problem it relates to.\u00a0 It should then introduce the research question with an explanation of the links between these questions and the business scenario\/problem analysis. The report must have 2 research questions.<\/p>\n

Literature review<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This section should provide a summary of the key conclusions of relevant literature and can be based on the literature reviews that group members completed for assessment 1The focus should be on conclusions of relevance to the two research questions that guide the report.<\/p>\n

Overview of Method<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Provide a succinct description of the method used to collect the data presented in this report.\u00a0 This description must have the following three subsections<\/p>\n

  • An overview of the research study methodology<\/li>\n
  • A description of the data collection methods<\/li>\n
  • A description of the sampling procedure used and the actual sample (using relevant statistics and tables or figures as appropriate)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Results and Discussion<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    This section reports on the analyses of the data collected. You should select the results that you believe are most relevant for answering the research questions. You should use tables and diagrams to present the results and you must discuss why the results are relevant to answering your specific research questions and what the statistics mean in terms of those questions.<\/p>\n

    In this section you should identify and briefly describe any limitations in the study. This means anything in the method decisions that in some threatens the validity, reliability, or representativeness of the results. You must be specific and explain which decision, what aspect of the results is threatened and why and how this might be avoided in future.<\/p>\n

    Conclusions and Recommendations<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    This section should provide an accurate summary of the research results, make logical connections to the research questions\/business problems and provide detailed practical recommendations that are based on the evidence presented. This section should also identify further research needs.<\/p>\n

    References<\/strong><\/h2>\n
